James Harden will return to the Brooklyn Nets’ lineup against the Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday night after missing Sunday night’s game against the Washington Wizards.
Harden’s return boosts Brooklyn’s offensive significantly as he has been averaging 24.3 points and 11.8 assists per game through eight games with the Nets.
Kevin Durant is averaging 30.9 points per game this season and Kyrie Irving is adding 27.6 points per game thus far.
Brooklyn’s Big 3 will look to regain its momentum following the late-game collapse against the Wizards. Before Sunday’s loss, the Nets were on a four-game winning streak and were 6-2 since acquiring Harden.
Now, the Nets face a star-studded Clippers team that is on a three-game win streak and has won 10 of their last 11. Led by Kawhi Leonard and Paul George, the Clippers have the best record in the NBA at 16-5.
