Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry and his wife Ayesha are expecting a fourth child.

The two are already parents to two daughters and one son. The fourth child will complete their family, Ayesha Curry shared.

“For so many years, Stephen and I thought we were done,” Ayesha Curry told Brianne Garrett. “We said, ‘Three, that’s it, we’re not doing this again.’ And then, last year, we looked at each other and agreed we wanted to do this again. For me, the decision came from always finding myself looking around and feeling like somebody was missing. I would load up the car and think, ‘Oh, I forgot something.’ But nobody was forgotten. It started to turn my brain a little bit. Maybe somebody was missing. So we set out on this journey, knowing that this would complete our family.”

It’s a major life update for the family, and 2024 figures to be an unforgettable year in the Curry household.

Stephen and Ayesha Curry got married in 2011, and they met years before that. All this time later, they’re still growing their family, even as they balance their busy lifestyles.

Ayesha Curry spoke about what that’s like from her perspective.

“So much is different this time,” she said. “For one, I’m tremendously busy in ways I wasn’t before. I now have older children, who have full lives and schedules that we’re balancing on a daily basis on top of work and all the family things. That’s added an interesting layer to this experience.”

Meanwhile, for Stephen Curry, he remains a key member of the Warriors organization, even at 35 years old. The veteran is in his 15th NBA season.

Curry is currently averaging 27.6 points, 4.3 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game for Golden State while shooting 45.5 percent from the field and 41.1 percent from beyond the arc. His squad is 31-27 on the season and currently holds a play-in spot in the Western Conference.

Stephen and Ayesha Curry will certainly have to find ways to adjust their schedules in order to accommodate for the major life change, but having already brought three kids into the world, the couple knows a thing or two about what to expect this time around.

Ayesha Curry may choose to share updates on social media throughout her pregnancy, so that will be something to keep an eye on.

Stephen Curry is no stranger to welcoming kids to the world while playing in the NBA, as he has been in the league for most of his adult life.

The future Hall of Famer — who has won four NBA titles during his career — is looking to add to his ring collection before his time in the league runs out. His most recent championship came in 2022, and while the Warriors haven’t always looked great this season, they can never be counted out.

But even if another title doesn’t come to fruition, he and his wife have plenty to look forward to as they continue to build their family.
