Jalen Rose blasts Larsa Pippen for dating Michael Jordan’s son: ‘Certain relationships used to be off limits’

In what’s made lots of headlines recently, Larsa Pippen, the ex-wife of Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen, is reportedly dating Michael Jordan’s son Marcus.

Of course, Scottie Pippen and the elder Jordan were teammates for many years on the Chicago Bulls and won six titles together. They make up arguably one of the best duos in NBA history.

Due to the history between Scottie Pippen and the elder Jordan, many believe that the romantic relationship between Larsa Pippen and the younger Jordan is a bit strange and inappropriate.

NBA analyst Jalen Rose recently offered his take on the matter, blasting Larsa Pippen in the process.

“Certain relationships used to be off limits,” Rose started. “And I, on paper, want everybody to be happy and to live their best life. But, the best thing I can say for her is she should see him as more of a nephew than a mate.”

While some might see the relationship as a bit weird, the two people seem to simply be doing what makes them happy. They cannot be faulted for that.

Larsa Pippen and the younger Jordan recently went to a Los Angeles Chargers game together, with the 48-year-old getting heckled by someone else attending the game.

While everyone is entitled to his or her own opinion, it seems a bit unnecessary to heckle Larsa Pippen during one of her outings with the younger Jordan. They seemed to take the situation lightly and didn’t appear to be all too bothered by it, but it also seems like it made them a bit uncomfortable.

For as long as the two are together, people will likely continue to chime in and offer thoughts on their relationship. One can only imagine if the elder Jordan and Scottie Pippen have spoken about the relationship.

Scottie Pippen spent most of his career alongside the elder Jordan on the Bulls. He finished his career as a six-time champ, seven-time All-Star and with averages of 16.1 points, 6.4 rebounds and 5.2 assists per game.

As for the elder Jordan, many consider him to be the greatest player of all time. He racked up tons of accolades in his career and finished with averages of 30.1 points, 6.2 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game. Nowadays, he’s the majority owner of the Charlotte Hornets, who have struggled mightily to begin the 2022-23 season.
