The Los Angeles Clippers received great news on Thursday when it was reported that point guard Patrick Beverley will be returning for the team’s Game 1 matchup vs. the Denver Nuggets.

This is a welcome sight for Clippers fans as Beverley had missed the team’s previous five games in their opening-round playoff series against the Dallas Mavericks. The Clippers eventually escaped with a 4-2 series win.

Beverley averaged 7.9 points, 5.2 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game during the regular season.
