Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs will honor the late Michael K. Williams and the TV show “The Wire” by wearing some fantastic cleats on Sunday.

Williams passed away earlier this week. His work as an actor made a big impact on a lot of folks.

Diggs will hope to have a big day on Sunday. The superstar receiver is entering his second season with the Bills. Many fans have high hopes for Buffalo’s 2021 campaign.

In the 2020 season, the former fifth-round pick led the league in receptions (127) and receiving yards (1,535). He also racked up eight receiving touchdowns.

The one-time Pro Bowler is one of the most explosive players in the NFL, and he figures to be one of Buffalo’s most important players in the upcoming season. The Bills are hoping to make the playoffs for the third straight year.

Buffalo will open the season with a matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
