It’s devastating to lose such a young life. Haskins was likely looking forward to having a productive offseason in which he could have improved as a quarterback and teammate. Now, his family and friends are left to mourn his shocking passing and simply wonder about what could have been had the tragedy not occurred.
Of course, along with many NFL players, many of the teams that Haskins spent time with during his career have also taken to social media to pen meaningful statements. In particular, the Ohio State football team’s official Twitter page honored the former standout.

Haskins entered the NFL as the No. 15 overall selection in the 2019 NFL Draft. He played in 16 games in his NFL career and recorded 2,804 passing yards and 12 touchdowns.
Born in 1997, Haskins was just 24 years old when he passed away. He would have turned 25 years old next month.
