LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers won the 2020 NBA Finals, but James might still be chasing Michael Jordan to be the greatest NBA player ever.

At least Hakeem Olajuwon thinks that he is.

The Houston Rockets legendary center explained why he believes Jordan is the greatest player to ever lace them up.

While James and Jordan have very similar resumes, Jordan still seems to get the edge in the debate from older players.

Olajuwon knows just how good Jordan was, as he was fortunate enough to win back-to-back NBA titles when Jordan decided to switch to baseball in the middle of the 1990s.

The Rockets’ two titles are sandwiched between a pair of three consecutive titles by Jordan’s Bulls.

While James has been to 10 NBA Finals in his storied career, he has still yet to match Jordan’s six rings.

James is currently 4-6 in the NBA Finals, but his win with the Lakers gave him a title with three different franchises.

No matter what, Jordan and James will go down as two of the greatest the NBA has ever seen.
