The Chicago Bulls reportedly are one of the teams that could acquire New Orleans Pelicans guard Lonzo Ball.

It was reported that the Pelicans are looking to move Ball and J.J. Redick before the trade deadline.

Ball is set to become a restricted free agent following the 2020-21 season.

ESPN’s Brian Windhorst explained the Bulls possible involvement on a recent episode of The Hoop Collective podcast.

“One of the places that you think of Lonzo as a possibility…that I’ve heard out there would be Chicago,” Windhorst said.

Ball is a solid defensive point guard with a pass-first mentality.

This season, he is averaging 12.5 points, 3.9 rebounds and 4.8 assists per game.

The Bulls could potentially see Ball as a solid fit next to Zach LaVine in their lineup.

Chicago is currently 7-11 this season but still in the mix for a playoff spot in the East.
