After losing Game 3 to the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday, the Houston Rockets are suddenly in trouble.

So is one of their key role players.

Swingman Danuel House missed Game 3 due to what the Rockets called “personal reasons.” Now, it has now become clear what those reasons reportedly were.

House may end up missing the rest of the series because he allegedly violated NBA bubble protocol regarding who’s allowed to join a player at Walt Disney World Resort.

According to ESPN, the NBA will launch a probe into whether House did indeed violate league rules. The Texas A&M University product could end up having to serve a 10-day quarantine as a result.

House has been a key member of the Rockets’ rotation, as he started 52 out of 63 games for them during the regular season this year.

In Game 2 against the Lakers, he had 13 points and hit three of his seven 3-point attempts.

As they’re at risk of falling behind 1-3 to L.A. in the series, the Rockets can ill afford to lose any of key members of their rotation.
