As the NBA postseason nears, the Los Angeles Clippers are getting closer to having their full team intact.
In the early hours of Monday morning, forward Montrezl Harrell tweeted a message that Clippers fans have been longing to read for weeks.
Harrell is a prime reason why the Clippers have arguably the best bench in the NBA.
On the season, he’s averaging 18.6 points and 7.1 rebounds a game. Additionally, he gives the team a toughness that many others cannot match.
However, he has not played in any of the meaningful games held in the Orlando, Fla. bubble due to the death of his grandmother.
Since the 2019-20 season resumed late last month, the Clippers have also been without Lou Williams, Patrick Beverley and Paul George at times.
Williams left the bubble in late July and was subsequently put under quarantine, while Beverley has missed the last three games with a calf strain.
George, meanwhile, sat out the team’s 129-120 loss to the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday.
Right now, the Clippers are in second place in the Western Conference. They’re trying to fend off the Denver Nuggets, who are a full game behind the Clippers.
The two teams will face off on Wednesday.
