The 2021 NBA Draft is projected to be filled with elite talent, and University of Southern California big man Evan Mobley could be at the top of the list.

In a recent breakdown of this year’s top prospects, one NBA executive compared Mobley to some of the more dominant and versatile big men in recent memory.

More specifically, the executive compared him to retired star Chris Bosh and current star bigs Bam Adebayo and Anthony Davis.

“He’s a Chris Bosh/Anthony Davis/Adebayo type,” the current executive told Eric Pincus of Bleacher Report. “I think [Cade] Cunningham, Mobley and [Jalen] Green all have All-Star/superstar upside.”

It’s incredibly high praise. Bosh had a part in revolutionizing the big man position by being able to shoot from anywhere on the court.

Adebayo is one of the best young big man in the league and has shown massive improvement each year of his career.

Davis needs no introduction. He’s arguably the best big in the NBA right now and is a huge reason why the Los Angeles Lakers are the defending champs.

As for Mobley, the 7-foot center averaged 16.4 points, 8.7 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game in his first and only season in college.

Surely, he’s someone to look out for once his NBA career begins next season.
