Every game is a big one for the Baltimore Ravens at this stage of the team’s campaign.

At 8-7, the squad is fighting for a playoff bid with just two games remaining in the regular season.

The Ravens have a big Week 17 matchup approaching against the Los Angeles Rams at home. It’s a massive game for Baltimore’s playoff hopes.

The complexion of the game would change a lot if Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson were to play, and it sounds like that’s a possibility. The 24-year-old superstar is listed as questionable for the contest.

Jackson has been limited to 12 games this season. The Ravens have gone 7-5 in his starts.

The former first-round pick has completed 64.4 percent of his passes this season for 2,882 yards. He has thrown 16 touchdowns and 13 interceptions. On the ground, Jackson has rushed for 767 yards and two touchdowns, averaging 5.8 yards per carry.

The Ravens would surely feel a lot better about their chances against the Rams with Jackson on the field. Ultimately, only time will tell if the former MVP can suit up.

After facing the Rams, the Ravens will finish their regular season with a game against the Pittsburgh Steelers at home. If Baltimore can win each of its final two contests and get a little bit of help around the NFL, the team could find itself in the playoffs once again.

The Ravens are trying to make the playoffs for the fourth straight season. The organization would love nothing more than to win its first Super Bowl title since the 2012 season.
