One of Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark’s recent likes on the social media platform Instagram might be a hint as to who she will support to be the next president of the United States.
Clark liked a post from Taylor Swift that endorsed Kamala Harris for president after the debate between Harris (the Democratic presidential nominee) and Donald Trump (the Republican presidential nominee).

The debate — which might be the only debate between Harris and Trump before November — lasted for almost two hours on Tuesday night, and the two candidates discussed a range of topics from the economy to immigration.
Clark may be keeping tabs on what’s going on in politics in this country, but she is also trying to gear up for a playoff push with the Fever with the WNBA regular season nearing its close.
The Fever own a record of 19-17 — the sixth best record in the WNBA right now — with only four games remaining on their schedule. Indiana will participate in the playoffs this season, as it has already clinched a spot.
Clark has been arguably the best first-year player in the league this season. She is averaging 19.2 points on 42.3 percent shooting from the field and 34.7 percent from 3-point range and also chipping in 5.8 rebounds and 8.5 assists per game.
She is one of the top contenders to win the Rookie of the Year award, and if Clark can lead the Fever to strong finish to the campaign, that would certainly strengthen her case to win the hardware.
Two of the Fever’s remaining games on their regular-season schedule will come against one of the better teams in the league in the Las Vegas Aces. At 22-13, the Aces own the second-best record in the Western Conference and are 6-4 over their last 10 games.
However, after two matchups against the Aces on Sept. 11 and Sept. 13, the Fever will play two inferior teams to wrap up the regular season. Clark’s Fever will take on the 9-27 Dallas Wings on Sept. 15 and 11-24 Washington Mystics on Sept. 19.
