On Wednesday, a report emerged that the Houston Rockets and NBA are looking into All-Star James Harden’s recent activity at a strip club.
The former MVP, who has been in the news for all the wrong reasons lately, launched a shot at his haters in the aftermath of the strip club report.
Harden, 31, could now miss the Rockets’ opener against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday.
The disgruntled veteran wants out from Houston. In fact, he’s amped up the pressure to get shipped in recent days.
However, the Rockets have the leverage. They are reportedly looking into three-team trades in order to facilitate a potential deal.
The former MVP collected 34.3 points, 7.5 assists and 6.3 boards per game last season. He has led the league in scoring several times over the course of his career.
The superb play has granted Harden special privileges, which some of his teammates didn’t like. The guard reportedly had a big say in past trades and had the freedom to party in Las Vegas in between games.
