Klutch Sports continues to add high-profile NBA players to its burgeoning club.

New Orleans Pelicans point guard Lonzo Ball has signed with agent Rich Paul of Klutch Sports.

“I wanted to lead my career,” Ball told ESPN. “Picking my own representation — just solely as my decision — was step one in that process. For me, it was an easy call, and it was the right time to make that call.”

Ball, 22, was represented by Creative Arts Agency and Roc Nation for short stints.

Other notable basketball stars represented by Klutch Sports include Anthony Davis, LeBron James, Ben Simmons and John Wall. All of those All-Stars have mighty placements on their teams and will likely continue to get huge contracts.

Ball just finished his first season in New Orleans. He was shipped to the Pelicans from the Los Angeles Lakers in the blockbuster Davis trade last summer.

As a member of the Pelicans, Ball put up 11.8 points, 7.0 assists, 6.1 boards and 1.4 steals per game this season. In addition, he started in a career-high 54 contests.

Still, the Pelicans missed the playoffs as they finished the season in the No. 13 spot in the Western Conference.
