On Monday, a whopping 47 NFL players were reportedly added to the reserve/COVID-19 list.

The NFL has been ravaged by a flurry of COVID-19 infections lately.

As a matter of fact, the NFL was forced to move multiple recent games as the virus spread throughout the league. Dozens of key players have come down with COVID-19.

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, Los Angeles Chargers star Joey Bosa and Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff are among the most notable players who were placed on the list on Monday.

On the bright side, some players on other teams are starting to get off the list. The NFL will have to get creative as the virus appears to be getting worse in its spread.

The country is facing fears of an even bigger outbreak due to the new Omicron variant. The new variant is already rapidly spreading throughout the country.
