On Monday, a photograph arose on social media allegedly depicting Washington Football Team quarterback Dwayne Haskins partying it up in a club after his team’s loss to the Seattle Seahawks.

Now, a source close to the situation has confirmed to a local sports radio network that the photo is indeed of Haskins.

“A source has confirmed to 106.7 The Fan’s The Sports Junkies that photos circulating on social media do, in fact, accurately depict Washington quarterback Dwayne Haskins partying after Sunday’s game against Seattle,” Chris Lingebach reported.

“The source also confirmed the time frame, that the photos were taken after Washington’s 20-15 loss to the Seahawks on Sunday.”

Beyond that, the team itself has also responded to the image.

It would be worrisome enough to see a young quarterback go to a club right after a disappointing loss. However, the fact that the COVID-19 pandemic is running rampant across the United States makes the image downright disturbing.

Haskins has played in six games this season and has thrown for 1,285 yards, five touchdowns and five interceptions. Washington fans’ patience with him was already wearing thin.

After this report, it seems likely that many of them will be hoping for a new quarterback situation entering the 2021 season.
