New Orleans Pelicans rookie Zion Williamson didn’t miss a beat during the NBA’s hiatus.
The first-year forward put on a show at the Pelicans’ practice on Saturday.

All 22 teams participating in the resumption of the 2019-20 season have arrived in Orlando, Fla. For many teams, this is their first time playing basketball together since March.
Williamson, 20, is one of the players fans are most looking forward to watch.
The No. 1 pick in the 2019 NBA Draft only appeared in 19 games before the novel coronavirus paused the 2019-20 campaign. He is averaging 23.6 points, 6.8 boards and 2.2 assists per game.
The Pelicans are the No. 10 seed in the Western Conference. Williamson will fight to get the Pelicans in the playoff picture.
However, even if the Pelicans don’t make the postseason, fans will be elated to the see the phenom play in a handful of contests. After all, he is one of the most captivating youngsters in NBA history.
Despite Williamson’s small sample size in the league, he was named the NBA 2K21 cover athlete for next-generation consoles.
The 2019-20 season restarts on July 30.
