The #Packers and MVP QB Aaron Rodgers have agreed to terms on a 4-year, $200M deal that makes him the highest paid player in NFL history, sources say. He gets a whopping $153M guaranteed and his cap number goes down. A monstrous commitment by GB for years to come. 💰 💰 💰

There had been speculation regarding whether or not Rodgers would return to Green Bay after a season in which he won his fourth MVP ward.
During his legendary career, Rodgers, who turned 38 in December, has thrown for 55,360 yards and connected on 449 touchdown passes. Those numbers have virtually guaranteed him a spot in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Now that Rodgers is locked in with the Packers for the foreseeable future, the fate of his backup, Jordan Love, becomes a question mark. Love was taken by the Packers in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft, ostensibly as Rodgers’ replacement.
